NESR has technicians on call that will respond to your system needs 24/7/365.
Does NESR offer off-site repair?
NESR has an off site repair center located 30 south of Boston that is equipped to repair all of your laboratory system needs. This service is in place to expedite repairs while doing our part to insure that your on site Hot Work Requirements are kept to a minimum. Systems that are repaired at our repair center have the added value of our team monitoring the system after repair to further insure your system is running optimally upon return.
If a unit is returned to NESR are there options for a loaner unit?
We have an ample supply of units ranging from -80 to +4 Deg units available for use while your system is at our repair center.
What service area does NESR cover?
Our typical range is all of New England. However, we have provided our services across the United States, Europe, Africa, and Australia. We have a team that can work effectively while home, or away. Feel free to contact us about services abroad to learn more about how we can help you.
Can NESR cover factory warranty issues?
We work with many of the equipment manufacturers that you've come to know and trust. In many cases they will contact us directly to properly address any warranty concerns that you may have.
Do you sell any equipment?
We do have select refurbished units for sale. Availability and variety may vary. Contact us for more details.
Do you have most parts in stock?
Yes we do. We stock everything required for the repair of standard units. Most other parts are able to be ordered in on hand within a reasonable time frame to meet your needs. Any delays on specialty parts procurement are communicated quickly with the customer.
What hours can I call to speak to someone?
For regular inquiries, our office is open Monday through Friday from 9 to 5. For emergencies, our answering service is available 24/7.
